Cannot Activate Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574

Hello, 

I am unable to activate Nito Pro 12.16.9.574. I receive an error message that says "the serial number entered does not exist", however I am able to verify the serial number/license on the support site. Will someone please help?

The serial number you provided is not for Nitro Pro 12.

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 14, please uninstall what you have and get the correct version 14 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.
