I am attempting to move one license from a user's computer to another computer. I used the deactivation tool, verified the serial number against your page and it stated I still have one activation left out of two. I've used the cleanup tool on the new computer and it still isn't allowing me to activate the software.

Using Nitro Pro v12

Hello Leslie,

I was able to get it working. I finally found another thread with an update for version 12 and once installed, it authenticated properly.
