Nitro Pro Activation

I am unable to activate my Nitro Pro. I am receiving an error that the serial number does not exist when attempting to activate in the program. I logged in, deactivated all active licenses, and pasted the serial number into the activation screen and still receive the same error. Clicking on activation in the help options does not give me an option to open a support ticket. Can someone please assist?

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13, please uninstall what you have and get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.
