convert PDF to word file not automatic

in my previous version of Nitro Pro, when i opened a pdf file from an email or from my documents folder and then wanted to convert that file to word, the open pdf document would show in the file name list below. Now I have to save the file and tehn load it to convert. it used to automatically default to the open pdf. What setting have I accidentally changed?

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

As you open the PDF document in Nitro PDF Pro and then click the To Word tool under the Convert tab to convert to word file, could you please check which option is selected in the Output Folder option?
If it is not set to Folder of original file, please select that option and then check the 'Open files after conversion'.
When done, click Convert then observe if you get the same behavior.
