Unfortunately, I have misplaced my serial number and I require help to activate the software on my new computer. I kindly request your support in retrieving my lost serial number. You can check your Email inbox and look for the email that contains 'Your Nitro PDF Pro order' in the subject line. This email contains the invoice receipt including the serial number. You can also send here the email address you used to purchase the license so we can search for its record. Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate the email with the purchase invoice for Nitro PDF Pro. It appears that it may have been misplaced. I would like to inform you that this purchase was made some time ago and it may be under one of the following email addresses: *****con@tbxnet.com or *******tracion@toolboxtve. I would appreciate it if you could verify if the purchase was correctly registered with either of those email addresses. If possible, I kindly request that you resend the email with the invoice and the serial number attached. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and I appreciate your attention and assistance in this matter.
