I cant activate using my serial number for NitroPDF 12

Hi, I cant activate using my serial number, previously it was used by our resigned staff, now im replacing him, & need the license for NitroPDF

We generally request that the person who purchased the license to get in touch with us so that we can arrange for the search and delivery of the serial number. 
Please note that we only share or disclose the serial number to the individual who purchased or owns the license, and not to any other person.

Perhaps, you can try to search using our own YFI IT admin email, xxxxx@yokefood.com.my. As i referred back to the invoice n previous email from him, cleverbridge was sent the invoice: AKD-736xxxxxxxx to this email xxxxx@yokefood.com.my
