I have a new computer and I am not able to activate with my serial number. I used your system and he had me deactivate, but still does not work.

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

You purchased a Nitro Pro 13 serial number.

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page so you can activate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
