Michael Henderson
I found the Nitro Pro missing from my laptop so I installed the latest version (14). It reported an error during installation and I discovered my version is tied to a license key, so I uninstalled version 14 and tried to install version 13. It reported a newer version was installed and failed. Next step please; I have PRO 13 licenses for a laptop and a PC.
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted June 30 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted June 30 Hello @Michael Henderson Thanks for reaching out to us! I am happy to assist you. Can you please try the following for me: 1. Download our latest Clean Up utility: https://www.gonitro.com/support/tools/cleanup-utility-list 2. Extract the utility to the desktop (it doesn't properly run from within the zip) 3. Run the utility (NOTE: This will remove any custom signatures / stamps. Let me know if these need to be backed up) 4. Reboot 5. Download and install 13.70 from here: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads I would also like you to download the latest redistributable packages for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022. (VC_redist.x64.exe) You can download the installer package here:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-GB/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170 Please let me know how that goes. Michael Henderson
I performed steps one thru five and received a notice again that "A newer version of software is already installed" or something similar to that. After that my login refused to work on the APP on two PC's and on your website. Isn't there a faster way to communicate through this issue than a message board that makes me jump through frustrating hoops? Thanks Edited July 8 by Leslie V

Michael Henderson
Sighhhh- I ran the uninstaller and used these two codes that were not recognized as legitimate - ****** nitro_pro 13 ****** nitro_pro 14 (found in the registry) So what are two two real Product ID's to use here since the product is not in the list of programs?
