I received an email that there was a 40% discount on V14 upgrades today, however I cannot find an upgrade cost to upgrade to V14 When I key in my V13 serial number on the upgrade page I receive the following error message: "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue." My serial number is 5049************** Can you please advise on the two issues above. Thank you. I have taken the necessary adjustment to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading your existing license to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal.
