Upgrade Site Won't Recognize My V13 Serial #

I currently have Nitro Pro V13.

I received an email that there was a 40% discount on V14 upgrades today, however

  1. I cannot find an upgrade cost to upgrade to V14
  2. When I key in my V13 serial number on the upgrade page I receive the following error message: "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue."

My serial number is 5049**************

Can you please advise on the two issues above.

I have taken the necessary adjustment to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading your existing license to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal.
Please access again our Upgrade page and then upgrade your serial number.
