I accidently purchased windows version of nitro pdf.  would like to change it to mac os as i do not have windows pc laptop with me.   I saw some discount email from you.  So hastly done the mistake.  I would appreciate if you could help.  I already sumbitted support ticket.  Not sure when will I get reply.

Hi  Reymund,

I bought the product on 1/7. I am not able to access my ticket submitted(Nitro Support Case - 003***** - wrong purchase).  I sent two chasers no reaction.   I would appreciate if some can pick up the same and help me from support.
