Estimados:

El 24 de mayo de 2023 hicimos un pedido de compra de PDF 14.

El número de referencia cleverbridge es: 39******.

La factura figura con el número AKD-736*********.

Por diversos motivos no he podido actualizar mi PDF. Actualmente me dice que el número de serie de mi compra no existe o ha caducado. Dicho número es el siguiente: 5049**************.

Les pido, por favor, que me asesoren para poder actualizar mi PDF, que siempre me ha rendido muchos servicios. Gracias.

Please install Nitro PDF Pro 14 so you could successfully activate using your current serial number.
The Nitro PDF Pro 14 installer can be located from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 14' link. 

Once Nitro PDF Pro 14 is installed, you can activate it by opening the application then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter the serial number then click Activate.
