Trial expired on first install

Installed the trial on Thursday.  Have never installed on this PC before (new in January, tried a different PDF editor that isn't working out).  Immediately it comes up saying the trial has expired. Computer ID is jvhuOv**************

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

Please try to restart your machine then run Nitro PDF Pro and see if it resets the trial period back to 14 days.
