Unable to Reactivate Nitro PDF License - Requesting Assistance

Dear Nitro PDF Support Team,

I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I am currently facing with reactivating my Nitro PDF license. I have been attempting to reactivate the software using the serial numbers provided, but unfortunately, they are not working as expected.

I have followed the deactivation process to ensure that the previous activation is properly removed. However, despite successfully deactivating the serial numbers, I am unable to reactivate them or use the software with the provided codes.

I have made several attempts to reactivate using both of the following serial numbers:

  1. [Serial Number   5049************** Reference 20*******
  2. [Serial Number   5049************** ] REFERENCE 20*******

Even after deactivation, these serial numbers are not functioning, and I am unable to access the full features of the Nitro PDF software.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. If possible, could you please provide me with a new serial number or guide me through the steps to successfully reactivate my license? I have been a loyal customer of Nitro PDF for some time now, and I value the software's functionality greatly.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your assistance in resolving the issue so that I can continue using Nitro PDF to its fullest potential.

The activation issue will likely occur if the version of the license does not match the version of the application that you would like to activate. 

Please check the version of your serial number using our license portal (link below):
https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal 

From the license portal, kindly take note of the version. Furthermore, the Nitro PDF Pro installed on the computer must match this version.

To check which version is installed on the computer, launch Nitro PDF Pro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
If the version does not match the license's version, please uninstall and then install the appropriate Nitro PDF Pro version.
