Uninstallation Impossible

Good morning! 

When I changed laptops, I initially installed Nitro Pro 14 by mistake. However, our licence is only valid for Nitro 13. Despite dozens of attempts with Windows Tools and the Nitro uninstallation tool, it is still not possible to install the 13 version. The Nitro uninstall tool says it was successfully removed, the installation tool says a newer version is already installed. Hence I'm locked out of the software. Can you please advise?

The Nitro PDF Pro 13 will not proceed with the installation if there is a newer version that is already installed on the computer. 
Could you please confirm if you have checked the Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features to uninstall Nitro PDF Pro? If not, kindly try to uninstall it in the Control Panel (see screenshot below) and then restart the computer.
