Jesse Wresinski Posted July 5, 2023 Report Share Posted July 5, 2023 Hello, I'm unable to activate Nitro Pro v13.70.4.50 with the new serial number we were provided. Can you please help me understand what could be causing this issue. I am however able to use the license file we were provided to create a MST file that will activate Nitro Pro v13.58.0.1180. Jesse Wresinski Posted July 6, 2023 Author Report Share Posted July 6, 2023 (edited) The issue I was having was with the MSI file I was attempting to use. nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi was not working, but nitro_pro13_x64.msi did work.
