I have just changed my desktop and unable to activate the software on the new computer. Can you please help as below message appearing every time, I am trying to activate the serial number.

We are not able to see the screenshot. Can you please send it again?

You have a version 13 serial number. Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
