Matthew Ward Posted July 6, 2023 Report Share Posted July 6, 2023 (edited) When i try to create a support ticket, i get stuck in a loop and can only post in the community forums? What kind a of system do you guys employ here. I need help with activation, and it leads me to page to check my serial number (Which i do, and it comes back as good to go), then when i enter that into nitro i get an error stating: The Serial number Does Not exist. Is this because I'm installing the newest version of Nitro v15 and not v14 that i bought the serial keys with? Does Nitro actually have a plan in place where users can create support tickets without having to post in the open on a community message board? The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro. Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13, please uninstall what you have and get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, activate with the Nitro Pro 13 serial number you purchased last year.
