Old Computer Died - NitroPDFPro License for less than a month and a half - not able to push to new computer

My old computer died, within the past week, was not able to deactivate my NITRO PDF PRO license, however followed the NITRO PDF PRO prompts on the support page, religiously, including the page that lists the serial number, and Clevebridge reference number, as well as sending an email through support, and then going through the page, "Need help activating Nitro Pro?"*** and clicking the deactivation link, to be able to reactivate my serial number for my Nitro.  Need help, so I can get my nitro running immediately.

Since you just recently purchased version 13, you are eligible to upgrade to version 14 for free.

To upgrade to version 14, please proceed to the following web page,


Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 14 serial key and installation files.

Please let me know how that goes.
