Unable to activate license in new machine

I shifted from my old laptop to new.. the serial number doesnt seem to work. Error message " The serial number does not exist"

In the activation page https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal, while attempting to deactivate by clicking deactivate button, error shows as "Please select devices to deactivate", however it shows no devices to deactivate.

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 8 and its activation servers have been shut down.

I can see that you already upgrade to our latest version, V14. This comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. 

The error message "The serial number does not exist"  means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro.

That serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 8, please activate with your new Nitro PDF Pro serial number.
