about my upgrade issue from version 13 to version 14

I bought version 13 last year. (I had upgraded)
I saw on the website that there is version 14 today.
What can I do to upgrade to version 14?
I write the license code in the e-mail I received when I bought it to the upgrade section on your website, but I get an error message.
my serial code is not a number starting with '234...' or '504...' in version 13.
A sequence starting and continuing with PPRO13_S_1_22C07952.
I would be glad if you can help.

Please be aware that the upgrade to version 14 is only on the Nitro PDF Pro for Windows license.
Nitro PDF Pro for Windows' latest version is 14 while Nitro PDF Pro for Mac's latest version is still at 13. 

If you need the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 for Mac which is 13.3.1, you can download the installer from the link below: 
https://downloads.gonitro.com/macos/Nitro PDF Pro Retail_13.3.1.dmg

After the installation, you can activate/register it using your version 13 license code. 
If needed, here are the steps on how to register Nitro PDF Pro for Mac:

1. Launch Nitro PDF Pro
2. Click on "Register with a license"
3. Copy and paste your license code
4. Click the Activate button

I'm having the same message with mine (PC) when I try to upgrade.  My license is for Nitro Pro, Version 13.58.0.1180 and the serial # starts 504974XXXXX.  What's the issue?

Could you please provide your Nitro PDF Pro for Windows license (complete serial number) that you would like to upgrade to the latest version?
This information will help me check the license's record and eligibility for the upgrade.

Hi, I have upgraded to version 14 form 13, but the serial number is not being recognized - I am getting the message that is does not exist.  When I check the serial number on the website, it is recognised and I am being told that I have 0 of 2 licenses activated.  I deactivated my licenses as I had upgraded my PC so needed to remove the license that was allocated to my previous device.  Please let me know where I can send you the serial number so I can get this resolved.
