Bruce Friedman Posted July 10, 2023 Report Posted July 10, 2023 Greetings! Love the product and have for years. I just did a reinstall of all software on a Dell xps laptop. When I try to reactivate NitroPDF (by installing the trial version and inputting the original serial number from 2021 when I purchase it) the system bounces it out and states it doesn't exist. I already deactivate both uses of NitroPDF and the website said that would enable me to use the original serial number to activate the software but it's still not being recognized. Help! Thanks!!!

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro. Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13, please uninstall what you have and get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, activate with your serial number. Please let me know how that goes.
