Users not recieving "document has been signed" email

Hello,

Our users are reporting that they are no longer receiving the "document has been signed" email from Nitro Sign.

When a user requests a signature, once its viewed, they receive an email stating, "document has been viewed", but once the document has been signed, they do not receive the "document has been signed" email from Nitro. We've checked spam/junk and deleted folders. Its happening to more that one user.

Is there a setting in Nitro Sign that needs to be adjusted?

We are pleased to inform you that the reported issue has been successfully resolved. The Nitro Sign team has implemented a fix, which has resolved the underlying problem. As a result, all customers should now be receiving the 'signing complete' email as expected.
