Patrick Macklin
Hello, I have Nitro Pro 13 (13.24.1.467), Windows 11 Home. When I click print properties, nothing happens. When I click print, nothing happens. No page preview loads. I made sure that the print settings show "Print All Pages". I uninstalled and reinstalled, no change. I also followed these 2 procedures I found posted in other print topics with no luck: A. 1. Download the Nitro cleanup tool from the link below:https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_14.3.1.193/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip 2. Extract the cleanup utility then run the cleanup tool by double-clicking nitro-cleanup.vbs. Please be aware that a command window will appear during the cleanup process. 3. After the cleanup, restart the computer. 4. Download and install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the MSI installer below: 64bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.2.40/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi 32bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.2.40/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 5. Once Nitro PDF Pro 13.70.2.40 is installed, launch the software then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your version 13 license then click Activate. Please check if the printing issue persists after completing the cleanup and re-installation. B. Nitro PDF Pro uses the Nitro PDF Creator when converting a document to PDF. If printing and converting to PDF are not working, please try reinstalling the virtual printer. Here are the steps: 1. Go to the installation directory of Nitro PDF Pro. Example: C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\132. Look for NitroPDFSupportTools.exe then open it. 3. In the Support Tools window, go to the PDF Creation tab. 4. Click the Nitro PDF Creator button. This will reinstall the Nitro PDF Creator on the computer. Please note that this tool needs administrator rights. When prompted, click 'Yes' and then follow steps 1 to 4. When done, a window with the message 'Installation of the printer driver was successful' will appear. Click Ok then close the Support Tools window. After completing these steps, please check if Nitro PDF Creator is listed as one of the available printers in Windows' Printers & Scanners. If so, try to print to PDF using the Nitro PDF Creator printer. Is there seriously no chat/email/phone support for this program??
