'Unable to Validate your Serial Number'

Hi, I have PDF Pen license starting with PPEN12... I have just been notified that v13 is available and is possibly a paid upgrade, but when I input the license code accepted by the app, your website says it is not recognised. Please advise as I cannot move further...

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

Sounds like you are using the upgrade widget for our product for Windows, not the one for Mac.

1. To upgrade to the latest version of Nitro for Mac,
2. Download version 13.
3. Launch it. The app will notice your previous version. You can click on "Buy an upgrade license" for upgrade pricing.
4. Go through the screens to purchase the upgrade to version 13.
5. Complete your purchase and version 13 will register with your new license. You will also receive an email of the new license for your records.

Can you please let me know what error message you're getting? A screenshot will be very helpful.

Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 14, please uninstall what you have and get the correct version 14 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.
