We purchased Nitro Pro PDF 17/01/2023 with email user

grant@excelldecor.com.au

***************************

Serial number ************

Invoice ****************

We don't know the password to login and password reset does not send link to the email address.

when I enter the serial number it says it is incorrect.

Can you please help rectify these issues.

I wanted to clarify that the serial number I provided is specifically for Nitro PDF Pro. It is not associated with the login and password for Nitro Sign, our cloud-based program. Please note that Nitro Sign operates independently and requires its own license which you can purchase here, under eSign plans: https://www.gonitro.com/pricing

Hello @Sharyn Stokes

That serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13, please uninstall the version you installed and get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.

Please note, this is only for Nitro PDF Pro 13 which can be installed on a machine, not any other program or version.

Hi Leslie,

The problem is I don't have the login details or password, it was purchased on our company credit card by Grant Finnegan our previous employee.

email address used grant@excelldecor.com.au or vicsales@excelldecor.com.au

If I download the new version using the serial number will it recognize  as already purchased?
