Please note, this is only for Nitro PDF Pro 13 which can be installed on a machine, not any other program or version. Please let me know if you have any questions. Sharyn Stokes Posted July 30, 2023 Author Report Share Posted July 30, 2023 Hi Leslie, The problem is I don't have the login details or password, it was purchased on our company credit card by Grant Finnegan our previous employee. email address used grant@excelldecor.com.au or vicsales@excelldecor.com.au If I download the new version using the serial number will it recognize as already purchased?
