To obtain the correct version 13 installer, please visit the following page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Once you have downloaded and installed Nitro, you can activate it by following these steps:

  1. Open Nitro Pro.
  2. Click on the Help tab.
  3. Select "About Nitro Pro."
  4. Choose the "Activate" option.
  5. Enter your serial number when prompted.

Thank you for your reply.

My computer crashed.  Reinstalling Nitro Pro on new computer.  I installed the latest version.  I am on trial period, when entering the serial # with ‘Activate Now’ function, I received “The serial number entered does not exist.”  When I logged into my account, I have 0 activation left. # of activation allowed is 2.  I know I have only activated the software once.

I don't know what version of the software I installed.  Does the serial # has to match with the correct version?

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro.

Looks like you upgraded recently to Nitro PDF Pro 14. Please uninstall the version you installed and get the correct version 14 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your new serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.

y have the same problem, whtas your solution, i have tried a support ticket but your service are terrible 

 

we need a solution!
