Activation sent to the wrong email

Hi I need assistance. The link to download nitro pdf pro was mistakenly sent to the wrong email. I need help transferring it to the correct email address so I can access what’s already been paid for. Either that or I need to cancel it and start from scratch.

Unfortunately, I was unable to find a serial number using the email address that you provided. I will only be able to locate your serial number if you purchased Nitro Pro from our website. If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account.

1.    First and last name of purchaser
2.    Email address used purchase Nitro
3.    Order reference number

2. Email address used to purchase Nitro (***) - this is not my email address, it was used by mistake.

3. I never received an order reference number because the correct email address was not used. Via a private forum I can provide proof for verification.

 

I hope that you will be able to help me transfer this to the correct email address so that I can access the link for download. Or if the payment can be cancelled, I can re-do the process and payment.
