Install on New PC

I have deactived my Nitro Pro on my old pc.  But I can't find the serial number to install it on my new pc.

The version was 13.70.4.50. part serial number is 504945. How can I install and activate this on my new pc?

Please note that I did not find a serial number under your email address that starts with 504945. 
The serial numbers I can see under your account are old licenses that start with 234.

You may provide the email address you used to purchase the 504945 license so we can search for the license purchase and determine the complete serial number.

Please note that we only share or disclose the serial number to the individual who purchased or owns the license, and not to any other person.

We have sent again the invoice receipt email that contains the complete serial number to the email address of the license owner.
