Need to cancel Nitro Pro for a terminated employee. I don't have his login info, but I do have the serial number.

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

I'm not worried about activating this serial number on a different account, I need to cancel the subscription so I'm not paying for it. Please cancel the subscription associated with that serial nunmber.

The serial number you provided corresponds to a perpetual license. It is not subscription-based and it does not require automatic renewal.
