For some reason it switched me to the trial even though we have licenses. Now I am trying to activate but it tells me my Serial Number doesn't exist. I know that's not true. 

I have been round and around with this. Someone please help!

Also, I have already deactivated and tried several times. I have a computer at home now and that is the one I am trying to activate.

Thanks for your message - I'm happy to assist you.

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13, please uninstall what you have and get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.
