I changed computers and deactivated my license but it still shows up active on this website

I deactivated my license on my old laptop and I am trying to active on my new desktop.  The license number I have still shows up as active when I use it on this web site for activation.  When try it on my desktop it gives me a error "The serial number entered does not exist".  My serial number is ****** and my e-mail address is**********.

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13, please the version you installed and get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.
