Trying to Activate on 2nd Computer and going around in circles

Re Serial 504***************.  I've deactivated it on an old PC, trying to get it going on another, and it just keeps taking me in circles.  I need help from a real person.

The provided serial number is a version 13 license and it will only work on Nitro PDF Pro 13 installation. 
Please check which version is installed on your computer by opening the application and then navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the version is not Nitro Pro 13.x.x.x, please uninstall and then install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the installer from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.
