warren krug Posted July 20, 2023 Report Share Posted July 20, 2023 I just downloaded a trial version and loaded a PDF file. I cleaned all the entries and saved it. I was unable to open it with Adobe Reader or Adobe Pro 9. I can open it with Nitro. Is this some limitation with the free trial version? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Running a trial period of Nitro PDF Pro is the same as running an activated version. Thus, there should be no limitation while the trial period is active. Could you please provide more details about cleaning all the entries and saved it? Were you able to open the PDF file in Adobe before performing these steps? Is this behavior occurring to all the PDF files you open and edit in Nitro PDF Pro?
