Marsha Webster Posted July 21, 2023 Report Posted July 21, 2023 Purchased in May 2023. Have a Serial Number. My Nitro PDF Pro 13 trial expired. Never got put in the Serial Number. Now when I go to put the Serial Number in - all I get is an icon that says EXPIRED TRIAL and I cannot get to any Nitro screen. And in the support section of the Nitro website it asks me to "deactivate" the computer - when there is NO computers showing that is was activited. HELP.
Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted July 21, 2023 Official Nitronaut Report Posted July 21, 2023 Greetings @Marsha Webster Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums! Could you please confirm if you are applying the steps below to activate Nitro PDF Pro? 1. Open Nitro PDF Pro 2. Click the Help tab and then About Nitro Pro 3. Click the Activate button then enter the serial number to activate. If so, does the application accept the serial number? When you check the About Nitro Pro section, do you see Activate or Deactivate button? Kind regards,
Marsha Webster Posted July 21, 2023 Author Report Posted July 21, 2023 When I go to the Nitro PDF Pro - it opens but only sits down in my bottom tray as an icon that when I hover over it - it says EXPIRED TRIAL. So I cannot even get a screen to come up so I can see the Nitro PDF Pro.
Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted July 23, 2023 Official Nitronaut Report Posted July 23, 2023 Greetings @Marsha Webster Please try the following and see if these will help launching Nitro PDF Pro so you could activate it: 1. Open Nitro PDF Pro again. 2. From the Windows Taskbar, focus on Nitro Pro by clicking on it. 3. Press the Windows key + Left/Right arrow on your keyboard until the Nitro Pro window appears. Sometimes this happens when Nitro Pro is stuck outside the displayed area on your monitor. You can also check if you can move the Nitro Pro window (in case it's off-screen) by holding Shift and right-clicking the Nitro Pro icon in the Taskbar and selecting, "Move". Then, continuously press the Left/Right arrow key on your keyboard until it appears on the screen. You may also try Maximizing the application in the Task Manager > Processes tab. When you see the Nitro Pro icon under the Processes tab of Task Manager, expand it then right-click and select Maximize. Kind regards,
