Activating Nitro Pro on new computer

I am attempting to activate Nitro Pro on my new computer but it's telling me that the Serial Number doesn't exist. It's the same serial number I always use so I don't understand what's happening. I have gone through the "deactivation" and "activation" process.

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13, please uninstall the version you installed and get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.
