I am seeing more and more users ask that we grant them a license as their free trial is expired. I am confused because when I head to the portal I see these users already in the system with both licenses. Any idea what is causing this? Most of our users have Nitro Pro installed using https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads Could you help me please!
