Steven Bebell Posted July 25, 2023 Report Share Posted July 25, 2023 I have three licenses for NitroPro 13 that I want to upgrade. two of the licenes say "You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to the newest version of Nitro Pro", the third says "We were unable to validate your serial number". I have taken the necessary adjustment to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading your existing licenses to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal.
