I have three licenses for NitroPro 13 that I want to upgrade. two of the licenes say "You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to the newest version of Nitro Pro", the third says "We were unable to validate your serial number".

How do I resolve this problem?

I have taken the necessary adjustment to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading your existing licenses to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal.
Please access again our Upgrade page and then try to upgrade your serial numbers.
