In checking the serial number under your account, which matches the first 6 digits (504977), it seems that it is eligible for an upgrade to version 14 through our Upgrade Portal. Could you please try the upgrade again? If you are getting the same issue, please provide the complete serial number and the exact message you received from the Upgrade Page.
