Please check if you are running the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13, which is 13.70.4.50. You can find this information when you open the application and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If your installation is not on Nitro Pro 13.70.4.50, please update the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the installer from the link below:https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. To update, simply run the version 13 installer from the above link and it will automatically update your installation to the 13.70.4.50 build. When done, try to activate by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter your serial number when prompted, and then click Activate.
