Unable to activate Nitro PDF for Windows v14 after upgrading from v13

Hi. I purchased a license to NitroPDF for Windows that was supposed to include a free upgrade to v14. I upgraded but now my serial number won't activate v14. How do I get a valid serial number to activate v14?

In checking the version 13 serial number under your email address, I can see that you have recently upgraded it to version 14. 
Could you please confirm if this is correct?
