The only thing I cannot figure out is when my recipients get a PDF to sign they have to create an account. Is there any way to avoid this? I have around 1000 families that will be signing documents. Can they sign without creating a Nitro account; this was not needed with Right Signature, our old platform? Searching the forums and help documents hasn't led me to the answer. She indicated the individual signature requests do not require an account but the bulk requests do. I guess we still have an issue that I need to understand. Any info will be helpful.
