I uninstalled Nitro Pro on my computer and then reinstalled it but the upgraded version will not accept my serial number.

This app has done me no good. I have paid for this and it has not been working properly. There is no one to physically speak with and this is just absurd.  I unistalled the app and then reinstalled it back on my computer. My serial number will not work when i go to activate my account.  What can be done about this. If nothing I would like a refund issued back to my card. This has just been more of a headache to use.

Kindly provide the following so we could effectively troubleshoot your activation issue:

1. The Nitro PDF Pro license that you will use to activate the software. 
2. The version and build of your Niro PDF Pro. This can be located when you open the application and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
