In checking your version 13 license, I can see that you have successfully upgraded it to a version 14 license. I also noticed that you were able to use the version 14 license to activate Nitro PDF Pro 14. Could you please confirm these are correct? Regarding the visibility of the serial number, it is not completely displayed in the application. This is to secure and protect the license from any theft and unauthorized use. Our merchant (CleverBridge) sends an email (after the purchase) that contains an Invoice Receipt along with the details of the serial number.
