Chris Friedel Posted July 26, 2023 Report Share Posted July 26, 2023 I purchased the update package when buying the five keys for Nitro Pro 13 and when I went to update four of my keys, it told me I must purchase the upgrade. I have taken the necessary adjustment to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading your existing license, free of charge, to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal. Please access again our Upgrade Page and then upgrade your serial numbers. I highly recommend upgrading your remaining serial numbers to version 14.
