Unable to validate serial number for v13 in order to upgrade to 14

I have my serial number directly from Cleverbridge including a cleverbridge reference number, but when I add the serial number is comes back unable to validate.  Can you assist me?

I don't have my serial number, only my license and my order number. what can I do, to get my serial number, and be available to upgrade to 14
