When I try to take advantage of the current special for upgrading to 14 I am getting a message "We were unable to validate your serial number..."

I copy/pasted it directly from the email I received the serial number with.

Serial# is 504***************

Please advise.

I have taken the necessary adjustment to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading your existing license to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal.
Please access again our Upgrade Page and then try to upgrade your serial number.
