The license provided from the Paddle invoice is not a validating. It was from an upgrade less than a year ago. Am I eligible for an upgrade at 40% off?

Please be aware that Paddle is our merchant when purchasing Nitro PDF Pro for Mac licenses, while Cleverbridge is for Nitro PDF Pro for Windows. 
Could you please provide the license that you would like to upgrade to version 14?
