Nicole Devine Posted July 31, 2023 Report Share Posted July 31, 2023 Hello, Recently my Nitro Pro 13 program has been staying on the opening splash page. It refuses to open any PDF files for the most part and it does finally open a file it does not work and freezes constantly. This issue has been occurring randomly over the course of the last couple of weeks. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program and using the Nitro clean up tool. I have also tried this in the domain administrator account on the computer and it opens but won't open files. The computer has been restarted multiple times and I ran the repair tool. I understand that your Nitro PDF Pro 13 is having performance issues. Is this happening to all the PDF documents you open, either they are located on a network drive or a local drive? Could you also please provide the complete build of your Nitro PDF Pro 13? The details can be found when you navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
