Need help with upgrade; Serial No. Not found

I'm trying to purchase the upgrade to version 14 with the 40% discount promotion.  Your web site says it can not validate my serial number. Please help.

Also, can you convert this to two licenses so I can install on another machine?

Please access again our Upgrade Page and then try to upgrade your serial number.
