Serial number purchased today not working

Hi, I have just purchased Nitro Pro 14 and when trying to activate the serial number I get a 

-:20: Error - Invalid License number

I have proof of pruchase and emails from Cleverbridge / Nitro Software, Inc. <no-reply@cleverbridge.com>

Please let me know how to sort this out ASAP.

In checking the version 14 serial number I found under your email address, I can see a recent activation that went successful.
Could you please confirm if you were able to install Nitro PDF Pro 14 and able to activate it using your version 14 license?
